At Still Waters, we are dedicated to providing professional and compassionate support and wellbeing for people facing life's challenges and changes.

 If you are going through seasons of change, loss and grief or caring for a loved one, living with chronic illness or disability, we are here to support you.

    Adele has over 30 years experience as a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist and Counsellor. Her lived experience of raising a son with a disability, brings emapthy and compassion to walk alongside you beside the Still Waters to restoration and hope.
